A sportin' summer

This summer has been packed with sports. Spencer back into baseball, Sophia's first year at softball and Maddie was selected for premier soccer leading her top having summer practices and tournaments. It has been a blast watching all 3 of them develop and grow into their games! Most of his season he played shortstop! He had a really good time and not much got past this guy!

So towards the end of the season Dan told Spencer if hit beyond the infield he would take him to a steak dinner...the very next at bat he he hit a solid home run to left center! Outback Steakhouse here they come!

"THIS THING'S A DEATH TRAP!!" She exclaimed the first time the coach asked to be catcher!

Sophia's age has them using a pitching machine and she hit really well...I think she only struck out twice all season and had hits all the rest. She really loves softball.....think we found her passion outside of books and homework!

This was at her first practice. She did great!

Maddie had her first tournament this last weekend. Her team did really well placing 2nd in their bracket. We were very proud of her and it was excoting to see just the beginning of what she is developing into on the field. She had a GREAT time.
