First day of Preschool for Sophia! She is very excited to have her very own school day now. She longs so badly to be like her older brother and sister...this was a very big day for her!  

Since the preschool is at the old high school the kids each have their own locker for their coat and backpack. What a big girl!

Sophia is in the middle of Yoga! The girls love to pop in my yoga dvd and get the mat and blocks out.

First games today! The kids did a great job!! 

It wouldn't be the first game day without issues in the Williams house! Spencer couldn't find his cleats and was runnign around like a maniac at the last minute trying to locate them. Finally he remembered that he took them off (after Thursdays practice) by the trampoline! the were soaking wet from the sprinklers! So, Dan gives him the dryer and leaves him unattended...soon I start to smell some burning and the dryer stops...he thought it would dry faster if he shoved the hair dryer in the shoe...all he did was burn out my hair dryer and still have to wear wet cleats! Nice!

Sophia had some hurt feelings because her brother and sister wouldn't play with her. So, asked her if she wanted to help mom...she was the sprayer...and as she is spaying she kep telling me " this is so much more fun than playing..I want to do this all the time!" hmmm... I don't think that will last! 

First day of school. It is a good thing he has such responsible sister!

Madeline is in second grade this year. what is there to say she is a pro! And the fact that she had to start at new school this year and leave her friends from the last two years behind....didn't even phase her. She loves the new school! 

Spencer is in first grade! He is mostly excited that he has his very own desk with all his very own things in it.  

Sophia saying goodbye..and good ridence. She was bragging all week to Madeline and Spencer about how she gets to stay home alone with mom. She was looking forward to this day all week!

The Hurley gang. Dropping Logan at his first day of Kindergarten. He also goes to the same school as Spencer and Madeline.  

Spencer has been wearing converse since he was about a year old. That is until when my mom came to visit this spring and took him shoe shopping and convinced him to get some Nike's that zip! The boy has gone back to what he loves! We went shoe shopping for school shoes and of course he went nuts over these. His exact words to Dan when he got home "Dad, when I saw these I almost died!"

Dan and I were in the yard early Saturday morning and Madeline had the camera in tow. She came running up to me yelling 'Mom, look at this picture of Sophie..it looks like their is an angel on her head." The funny thing about that is...while my mom was up here helping us out while I was very sick she was explaining to Sophia that she needs to be a helper and be "Grandmas angel' when she leaves. Not a day passes that Sophs doesn't remind us allthat she is Grandmas angel!.  

Nice to know it doesn't matter where or what he is doing,,,he has his spiderman web throwing hand in motion!
